Convergence Biomanufacturing Ltd. ranks first in "Science and Innovation China" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Conference 2022

SHENZHEN, China, February 24, 2023 – On February 24, 2023, the "Science and Innovation China" Innovative and Entrepreneurial Investment Conference Results Release Ceremony and the Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Conference (GBAS) were successfully held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Convergence Biomanufacturing Ltd. participated in the competition with the project "Convergent Bio-manufacturing Technology Based on Acoustic Field", and after several rounds of fierce competition, it stood out from a total of 8,663 projects and 891 biomedical projects in China, and was awarded the "Innovation and Venture Capital Conference of Science and Technology for China" in 2022. ConvB won the "Top 10", "Top 5" and "Top 100" prizes of the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Investment Conference 2022.

ConvB’s project "Convergent Biomanufacturing Technology Based on Acoustic Field" pioneered the application of acoustic field to non-contact precision manipulation of cells and biomaterials, mimicking the cellular structure of human tissues to build ordered cells and extracellular matrix complexes, and then remodeling high simulation, functional biological tissues and organs in vitro, with the aim of providing a new solution for the biomanufacturing industry and breaking the existing technological bottleneck to help the development of the biomedical industry. This was unanimously recognized by the experts present at the conference.

The "Science and Innovation China" Innovative and Entrepreneurial Investment Conference is led by the China Association for Science and Technology and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and co-sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology Innovation of China Association for Science and Technology, the China Association for Science and Technology Enterprise Innovation Service Center, the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Association, Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, and Shenzhen Innovation and Investment Group Co.
